Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days for yearly subscriptions and 2 hours for monthly subscriptions. If the respective time period has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. As our products are digital, refunds are primarily granted in cases of technical access issues or accidental duplicate purchases. Once a refund is processed, access to the digital content or membership will be immediately revoked.

To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent via our contact page.

Refunds

Once your request is received, we will verify the technical issue or account status. We will then notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
